spinning program is ongoing and, with assistance, clients can be guided to
peak aerobic fitness whilst enjoying the motivation of a group setting and
still benefiting from individual attention from the instructor. Because of
the structure of the program, it ensures maximum benefit whilst training,
without risk of overexertion, focusing on exercising in an aerobic rather
than an anaerobic training zone. There are guidelines set out to ensure
that the individual works to their own levels. |
